Matt just helped us sell our house in Irondale and there aren't enough characters allowed in this review to share how great the experience was. He steered us through deciding on pricing and timing, as well as what was worth updating and what was not. Everything else was a breeze. He kept us informed through the whole process - communicating with other realtors, promoting our house on social media, and negotiating with the buyer once we accepted an offer. Does your realtor mow your lawn? Ours did! When I say Matt took care of everything, I truly meant *everything*. He kept our yard looking spiffy after we moved out so the house would give the best first impression to potential buyers. He also stayed on top of approving showings for our home when we were busy with work, and gave us regular updates when we were anxious waiting on home inspection/appraisal news.
