This review is weeks overdue. But you’ll have to excuse me, I’ve been getting settled in my new place! You will not be disappointed to choose Matt. He’s honest, no pressure and patient. It’s a crazy market so you need someone to really guide you. There were no dumb questions and sometimes brutally honest answers. I’m going to refer all my friends to him.

Matt provided knowledgeable, kind, and caring service. We looked at many houses together before we finally found the right one. He was never short on patience or humor, and always had something interesting to say. Whenever I had a concern or question he addressed it promptly and correctly. He took time to explain the process to me several times as it was confusing being my first time. He even gave us a card welcoming us into our new house. A year and a half later we are still in contact. I will be using him in the future to sell our house. He also recommended a knowledgeable mortgager who was able to get us into a state program that helped with the down payment. He did a fantastic job.

Matt knew about houses in my area and priced my home to sell in one day twice. The first buyer. Has student loan problems and the second one was successful. I got the price I was asking . Anything I set want to more Matt took care of the. Items for me. He even advertised some of the items at no expense to me. He walked me through some of the internet signatures I had to do and came to my home in Dearborn to bring me some papers.

Matt helped me find the perfect home for this first time home buyer! He made the process seem easy and seamless!
