Originally from Connecticut, I've been calling Maui home since 2001. For 12 years, I served as a public school teacher on Maui, specializing in Social Studies and early US History. Teaching has taught me the profound impact of one's attitude on others, emphasizing the importance of preparation and clear communication. On a personal note, my family and I reside in our dream home in upcountry Maui. Alongside my wife, Elizabeth, and our two children, Alexandra and Tristan, we share our space with three cats and our loyal dog, Patch.
