If you are looking for a real-estate agent to buy or sell your house, you should stop here and call my new friend Matt. That’s what I did, and it was the best decision I ever made. You won’t find another agent that’ll work harder for YOU. I used Matt as my selling and buying agent in summer of 2020. My house sold In 3 days, the listing on MLS couldn’t have been more attractive. My phone blew up with showing requests immediately. All the contractors he used to fix my house were very professional and did great work. Matt spent countless hours, Late evenings and early mornings on weekends just to take me to look at houses. Not once did he rush me or make me feel like I was wasting his time. He’s Very honest, if something wasn’t right in a house he’d let me know exactly what it was, and what to expect from it. He’s very knowledgeable about houses, and he knows what to look for.
