He was in constant contact with updates on every step of the selling and buying process and is a great negotiator. My condo went on the market on a Thursday. By Monday I had 5 offers to choose from all higher than the asking price. He also helped me find the perfect home to buy. All of the transactions went so smoothly and quickly including a 1031 exchange. And almost everything was done long distance since I don't live in the area. When I came into town my condo was already in escrow. And my loan had been pre-approved. It only took a few days to find my new place and escrow closed in less than 30 days. Matt was great to work with on the purchase of our home. We didn’t have a specific location or even a dwelling type in mind when we started looking, but he was very patient with us as we switched between condos, townhomes, and detached homes and ranged from Rancho Bernardo to Mission Valley. We were referred to Matt from a friend who had worked with Matt on buying their home and they had nothing but great things to say about him.
