Matt was very helpful during our selling experience. He was very clear with the process and was always available to answer any questions or concerns we had. We were always made aware what step was next and closings went smoothly!

Matt was very knowlegable about the areas we were looking in. He was always there before us an familiarized himself with the properties before we looked at them. Matt was also very proactive with selling our property with open houses, etc. He also helped us through a very tough issue with our HOA needinjg to get some work done to secure the sale of our house.

I was really impressed with Matt. He was super knowledgeable about houses and potential problems. He showed us several houses and was always on time and ready for us. He was super accommodating and worked with us on our time table. He was also very respectful and courteous to us and to the other parties involved, at the same time he was able to effectively negotiate on our behalf. Matt has a ton of experience and I would recommend him to anyone!!
