Matt Kelderman

Matt helped us buy a condo in 2015 and we just had him sell that same condo. We were out of town sellers and Matt went above and beyond with his time and footwork to help us. He and Leidy were very punctual with emails and keeping us informed of the process. We would definitely recommend Matt to anyone buying or selling.

Matt is amazing! He went above and beyond sending homes daily that fit my criteria. Matt was always there for a text or call to answer any and all questions I had and when I was having a mini panic attack because we were waiting on one last thing to be done day of closing he called me immediately to let me know everything would be okay, that we were still on schedule and let me know he was there if I needed him again. If I ever want to buy or sell he is the person I'm going to hands down!

We moved from NW Arkansas recently and Matt Kelderman was recommended by a good friend/realtor in Arkansas. He had to have a marathon house hunting session with us because we were only here in the Dallas area for 5 days. Everyday he had all the houses lined up that we wanted to see. Very friendly and funny. We had a great time working with him.
