Matt helped the reviewer buy this property

I would definitely recommend Matt Hinshaw to anyone looking for a realtor in the Prescott AZ area.

I enjoyed working with Matt. Besides his knowledge in real estate, he is well versed in the events around the Prescott area. As we began to look at condos, he could fill me in on not only the condo complex, but what types of places that were in the surrounding area. He and the people he chose to work with, made getting through the process, comfortable. Information came in a timely manner and any questions I might have, were thoroughly answered. I would definitely recommend Matt Hinshaw to anyone looking for a realtor for the Prescott area.
