Matt helped the reviewer sell this property

Handles curveballs better than Randy Johnson!

This was a lengthy process, with challenges along the way and Matt handled them all! With a pending sale to an investor that dragged on and on (not Matt's fault!) to a listing on MLS that had more showings than we knew what do do with, Matt kept me informed at every turn. Once listed my house sold in less than 3 months, and Matt went above and beyond to handle the details to make everything go as smoothly as possible. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Matt as a buyer's or seller's agent!
