What really drew me to the Southern Living Group was the professional quality of their promotional materials. The videos and photos of other listings were very appealing and they were from folks I actually knew. Matt exceeded my expectations of and past experience with realtors. Our home was under contract after a few days on the market which is more than I could ask for given the location way out in the "boonies". I attribute that to Matt's marketing knowledge and experience with real estate in our area. When looking for a property to buy, my husband and I were pretty hard to live with.
