We absolutely could not have purchased our house without the help of Matt Grimes. We were from out of state, and he was constantly updating us about house options, and once we selected a house, he was on top of it making sure everything went smooth. Matt wasn't allowed at the closing because of COVID-19, but he still drove up and sat in the parking lot just in case if there were any questions. No doubt, Matt goes above and beyond.
