Matt Gavano

When I decided to move back to this area (from TN), I needed a realtor on short notice, on a weekend. Matt Gavano was the only one to even call me back & he met with me several times over the weekend. He showed me several properties, before I had to travel 8 1/2 hours home. Matt understood my circumstances & restrictions, due to the distance. Over the course of the next 5 months, Matt was professional (but also very fun), he met me at crazy times, to accommodate my traveling schedule. He stayed on top of the market & he even went above & beyond his "call of duty" to help me. For example, he accommodated my sister's schedule to view houses for me & even paid to have the water/gas turned on, because they required someone in person with a check, to accommodate the home inspection!!! He met with Home inspectors/Gas Company/Electric Company/Plumber, all on my behalf, as I was so far away @ the time!!! Matt understood what I was looking for & my lower price range (under $100K), but still worked extremely hard (as hard as if he had been selling me a $500K house) to help me find a home that would work for me!!! His knowledge & contact of the industry/area/people/banks, etc., made him a huge asset to me!!! He responded very quickly to all texts/e-mails/phone calls. Matt is current & very knowledgeable, regarding the area and all types of sales (i.e., HUD/VA Loans/VHDA/Foreclosures/Bank Repo's/Cash/ Short Sales/ FHA Loans). Matt is a Great guy & an Awesome Realtor!!! I would use him again, without hesitation & would recommend him to any buyer/seller! I am still in the renovation process, but loving my new neighborhood/neighbors/home!! I consider him a friend now!! Thanks Matt Gavano.........You get ***** 5 Stars from me!!!!!!!!!!!!! I would give you 10, if it was an option!

Mr. Gavano's service is nothing short of AMAZING! His professionalism, demeaner, knowedge, courtesy and genuine care is nothing short of unmatched and indispensable. I cannot say enough about Matt except to say "HIRE HIM!" He has both stood with and for me before, during and long after the sale. He's a tough act to follow but many should. -Robert D. Deane
