This was our family’s 2nd time having Matt sell our home and we were repeat clients for a reason….he does what he says and is 100% on top of things. Matt is very level headed and takes the time to explain and walk you through any issues you may have. During the whole process I always felt comfortable knowing Matt was handling all the fine details of our sale letting nothing slip through the cracks. Sold and done BOOM! Matt even helped us move a large piece of furniture when we ran out of time at the end…without hesitation. Highly recommended is what I would say to anyone!! His knowledge was extremely helpful and he was always extremely responsive. Best of all, he was very honest and frank with us.
