Matt Canina is a Brevard County Native, licensed Florida real estate broker and the owner of Florida Elite Real Estate, a full-service and independent real estate brokerage based in Suntree. Matt began his career in real estate while attending Florida State University in Tallahassee. There, Matt worked with an alumni-owned company specializing in residential acquisitions, renovations and student rentals. After graduation, he returned to his hometown of Indian Harbour Beach and began working at a high-volume, franchise real estate brokerage. Beginning his career at the bottom of the Great Recession, since 2009, Matt has consistently ranked among the top-producing, individual Realtors in Brevard County with over $50M in gross residential sales.
