Simply put, we would not have been able to purchase our home without Matt. He was patient with us in looking at homes - able to point out pros and cons of properties that we might not have been aware of - and when we found "the one" he helped us structure an offer that was successful in a competitive market. He also hoped ensure that we got to closing with a great mortgage contact that was able to get us a competitive rate and overcome all the little hurdles that seemed to crop up. Matt was calm, extremely knowledgable, responsive and the ultimate professional in every aspect of our purchase. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again (but since we got our dream home - I hope we'll never have to!).
