This unit presented a unique sales challenge requiring either cash only or 20%down and a higher interest rate than most lenders through a single mortgage company. One deal was lost because the buyer had two dogs exceeding the total weight allowed. Two deals fell through because of the down payment and higher interest rates than the market was offering.
