I am located in Colorado and Matt Brittingham did an amazing job in find companies to clear out the furniture and household items, getting the house cleaned and ready for showings, as well as finding a contractor to take care of home inspection items which needed to be addressed prior to closing. Matt also kept me updated on scheduled showings and comments from realtors concerning the property, as well as what was happening in the local real estate market. I would highly recommend Matt should you find yourself in need of a realtor in Sussex County.

This unit presented a unique sales challenge requiring either cash only or 20%down and a higher interest rate than most lenders through a single mortgage company. One deal was lost because the buyer had two dogs exceeding the total weight allowed. Two deals fell through because of the down payment and higher interest rates than the market was offering. Patience and perseverance of our agent landed us a small odds probability buyer.
