I met Matt when he was hosting an open house. I was very impressed with him and happy that he was not pushy. I ended up making an offer on that house contingent on the sale of another house I owned. I decided that I trusted Matt to handle the buying of the new house and selling of the old house. It all worked out great - even with Covid 19 arriving before the old house sold. It was under contract in about 11 days. Matt did a great job of marketing the house I was selling. The pictures made the house look its best and aerial pictures showed off the location in Naples. Matt’s knowledge and connections made everything go smoothly. A friend decided to use Matt based on my experience to sell a condo in Ft. Myers. The condo was under contract in about a week.
