As I'm writing this review, Tara and I are preparing for the holiday season with our family. This was the ultimate goal and our motivation to move back to Ohio. When we met with Matt and Kim, we explained that this was the number one reason to sell our home in Florida and move back to be with our kids and grandchildren. Matt explained in detail, the market at the time and how we should stage our home. The details of the 360 display of our home that Matt's Team completed was stunning and allowed prospective buyers a true sense of the home when viewing it remotely. We did miss the crazy home bubble a couple of years back but the market was still a target rich environment. Both Matt and Kim made us feel that we were their only client and poured a number of hours in open houses and shows to insure our home was presented in the best possible light. I had complete trust in Matt especially during our "state of the market" meetings where we made strategic decisions about next steps in our selling journey.
