The most important thing to me was how well he kept me informed throughout the entire process. I had no concerns or worries throughout the whole process except selling my home of 33 years and downsizing and obviously Matt had no control over those things. He's the greatest.

Matt was just awesome! When my wife’s brother took ill we needed help cleaning, fixing up and selling his house. We lived 12 hours away so it was difficult to be in Kansas City for long periods of time. Matt took over the process and told us he would take care of getting the house cleaned and cleared out of all the old items and he sold what he could to help meditate the cost for repairs etc… The sell of the house was done online so that we did not have to travel back and forth. We highly recommend Matt to everyone that is selling or purchasing a new home. In the future we will use Matt to sell other properties we have in the Kansas City.
