Matt is amazing! Seriously though, as a first time homebuyer I felt so fortunate to have Matt as my guide through this crazy process. Just when I thought it’d be 2023 before I’d find the right house…BAM! Matt finds an off market gem that gets appraised above purchase price! In this market!?! Whaaat? Seriously though, he listens to what you’re looking for and makes sure you find the house that’s truly “the RIGHT one”.
