10/10. I would leave 6 stars if I could. Matt is everything you want in a realtor- friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I often had to remind myself when I was communicating with Matt during the home searching process that he was our realtor that we had just met, not a friend we had known for 6 years. Although now, we are happy to call him our friend. He helped us find a great home and eased any and all worries that I (or my dad) had. If you are looking for an amazing realtor, congratulations- you found one.
