Matias made selling our home a complete walk in the park. Being overseas it made my wife and I nervous about selling our home. With Matias he made the process go smooth. Even though there was a huge time zone difference he still managed to communicate with us quickly. I appreciate his honesty, experience, and knowledge with the constant questions I had. He never made us feel like a burden and answered all of our questions quickly. I will recommend Matias to all my friends and family and will definitely be using him when we return back to the states for our next home search.
