Was concerned and overwhelmed by the market but Matias helped me find the perfect home for my son and I keeping my budget in mind and my needs thank you Matias!!!

The experience and knowledge of the market that Matias Rosales has to offer is second to none . I was very please with the way he negotiated the price and that he understood our needs and was able to delivery an excellent service.

we are very thankful for Matias help in making our dream home a reality!

We appreciate his hard work and most of all his time, after we had a bad experience with our prior realtor. He took his time to help us and especially answering all of the questions any time of the day concerning the purchase, since this was our first home. We recommend him to our family and friends purchasing a home. We are grateful for having such a responsible and reliable realtor. Thank you, once again. We are truly happy and blessed in our new home.

Matias was always very patient and understanding to our needs and stuck it out with us while having our own financing hurdles during the lending process. He helped us find our new home and we are very pleased. I highly recommend Matias.

He is an excellent agent, he goes far and beyond the requirements to make it happen. It has been a pleasure working with him.

Matias is a Great Agent to work with. He worked hard and went above and beyond in helping us sell our listing. We have been using him for 5 years and always has extensive knowledge of the market both for selling and buying a home.

Very good guy to work with will use him again

Once you give your house for sale to Matias, he does not lose your or his time. He takes good care of your home.
