Finding the right house was not easy! With everything going on it was critical to see houses asap and make sure we were updated with the available houses that met our criteria. Mathew was there every step of the way. We found a few houses and made a couple offers. Mathew was great at making sure that we were putting in competitve offers without having to just increase our price! He was also there when the mortgage broker that we decided to go with bailed on us. If it wasn't for Mathew and his connections we would not have gotten a mortgage in time for the house we finally found and had an offer accepted on. He was able to call in a favor with a competing mortgage broker to get our horrible mortgage broker to finish things up in time. Mathew is the best agent I've worked with. I needed an agent that could handle selling my property while I was out of state. At first, I was going to go with another agent to sell my home; however, that agent was unresponsive and unprofessional. Mathew is the complete opposite. Mathew is a great real estate agent. We were first time homes buyers and he was very patient with us through the whole process. Never felt rushed. He was completely ok to show numerous houses and there was no pressure to put offers on them. Another good thing about him is that like other agents, he does not make you put higher and higher offers. This was a huge relief as we had another agent before, who kept pushing us, but not Mathew. We even had to back track a bit after making offers due to inspection finding issues and he was VERY helpful through the difficult process and also got our earnest money back. Mathew is the agent everyone should have when finding a home that is right for them. He is the most tireless and enthusiastic agent I have ever met and Ihave dealt with a lot of agents in my lifetime. He is very courteous and professional. More importantly he paid attention to my and my wife's wants and needs when looking for a home we felt was the perfect fit for us. He was always available whenever we had questions and never had to ask him twice when we needed something. and then in selling it this year. Mathew is always very responsive and does a good job of making sure that we have all of the advice and competitive landscape information we need to make an informed decision. He also went above and beyond to be our person on the ground as we were out of town during our house closing. We would not have been able to accomplish everything that we needed to in a short period of time if it were not for Mathew. Our only complaint is that we are now in a different market and won't be able to use Mathew in the future if we have need of a real estate agent again.
