Matt helped me purchase a condo in Half Moon Bay. A private sale, so we didn't have to hunt around properties. Still, Matt and his team were great at setting expectations, providing a clear timeline, tracking all the needed documents and inspections, connecting to the sellers, bank, escrow officer, etc. He got on top of every issue immediately, and took ownership so I never had to worry about a thing. All digital signatures and minimal paperwork, which made it quick and easy. I can't imagine an easier process for purchasing a home.

We got so incredibly lucky when we met Matt at an open house. After meeting so many agents we didn't click with, Matt was a perfect match, extremely detail-oriented and tech savvy. We were house hunting for a very long time (2+ years) because we had very specific asks in an area with low inventory. Matt was incredibly patient and never pushed us. He would present us with the facts and give us his very helpful take on things, but never questioned our judgement. He was even game to keep helping us when we started looking in an area further away than we originally intended. As first-time home buyers, we had no idea what we were doing. Matt and Melanie helped us every step of the way, including a tricky escrow process during the pandemic with an unprecedented wildfire burning in the area we were buying. He always took the time to listen to us and talk through everything to make sure we understood and were comfortable. I would highly recommend Matt and his team.

Matt and Melanie were amazing to work with. From the very detailed, research driven initial property / area analysis on to strong guidance how to list and price the property, followed by a professional photographer who made 2 visits. It was a great experience designed to take the stress away from the seller as much as possible. Even research with county agencies in regards to expansion possibilities was undertaken, not to mention physical hands on and an offer, to keep the property tidy and professional for possible showings when seller could not be there. 5 Stars all the way, this is future for real estate and is blowing the traditional way, listing and having an open house every couple of weeks, out of the water.
