Massimo just sold my house for $55,000 over list! Using his marketing skills and contact list, he published a 1-day Open House. We had more than 50 potential buyers! Massimo single-handedly handled the croud and really "worked it". We had 3 offers all way over list on the next day. Further, just prior to the Open House, he searched the market and found the perfect new house for my family. In addition, he helped me through the paperwork and repair word requested by my buyer as well as all the details of the new home which is a new build.
