I’ve worked with Massimo for over 9 years as he is my property manager. He’s always taken care of all issues, big and small, with ease. I never thought about hiring another agent when it came time to purchase a home. Since he’s been in the business for over 20 years, he’s developed MANY contacts. This is SUPER important when you bid on a home and he knows the seller’s agent. It could make or break the deal. In this town, connections are MONEY! Even if he didn’t know the agent, he would’ve charmed his way and made the deal happen. He just has this appeal with folks, which is why I hired him to be my property manager for all these years. Massimo just sold my house for $55,000 over list! Using his marketing skills and contact list, he published a 1-day Open House. We had more than 50 potential buyers! Massimo single-handedly handled the croud and really "worked it". We had 3 offers all way over list on the next day. Further, just prior to the Open House, he searched the market and found the perfect new house for my family. In addition, he helped me through the paperwork and repair word requested by my buyer as well as all the details of the new home which is a new build. I've bought and sold several times before, but I never had a Realtor do so much so professionally and always joyfully. Believe me, being a single mom of 3 Special Needs children, I needed quite a bit of hand holding. All of this he did with a smile and lighthearted attitude. I'm very grateful to him.
