I found Mason to help with the sale of some remote property through a Google search. I am so glad I found him! He did an amazing job from the beginning of the process. From looking for valid comps, an honest expectation of selling price and timeline. As we proceeded with listing the property, he had professional pictures done, including drone. Mason was excellent to work with in buying our home. After getting outbid by a cash investor on our first offer, he negotiated with the seller to let us offer on a unit that was not even listed yet. He was always super responsive to our questions and always came back with the answers we needed. Even if he did not have the answer right away he took time to research and find what we needed. Our closing timeline was extremely tight and Mason was persistent with the seller and builders to make sure the house was done in time and all of the paperwork was in order to make sure we did not lose our mortgage rate lock.
