I am so late in posting this review to provide my very positive review on Mason. I moved across country and my schedule barely allowed me the time to do something I wanted to do very early on which was praise Mason's amazing skills. Prior to hiring Mason we spoke for months planning the strategy and asking the right market questions. He was always more than willing to answer all my questions and when it was time to sell he was amazing! My home sold within 24 hours of going on the market. I know this sounds too good to be true but I swear it is true. I have bought and sold many homes in my life and this was seemless. His suggestions were great on our selling strategy and he kept me apprised every step of the way from inspections, any minor issues that needed to be remediated and answered any questions quickly and with kindness and a high work ethic which trust me is hard to find these days. We are beyond thrilled with Mason Kiffmeyer. From our first conversation, he was professional, easy to talk to, and truly listened to what we wanted.  We initially called him due to a recommendation from a friend who had sold their house with Mason.  We were also attracted to his flate-rate pricing as it would save us a lot of money in broker fees.  We were worried we may sacrifice quality by choosing to go with a less expensive broker, but that was definitely not the case. In fact, I think be put more money into our listing than a traditional 3% commission agent would have. Mason made our listing look better than most in Lynchburg by making a Zillow showcase listing that really stood out in a good way. He even paid for online advertising, which I was initially skeptical of, but we were surprised when friends told us they saw our house for sale on their social media feeds. He had featured photos of our home on the yard sign and printed out a professional brochure with our home’s details. Mason’s marketing was creative and effective, and he was always quick to answer our questions. What really set Mason apart was his confidence in our home. Before deciding on a realtor, we met with two other realtors who “specialize” in the Boonsboro area. Mason came to our home very prepared with many comps to show us. We decided to list it at the upper end of the price range. Mason believed in our house and pricing strategy. Thanks to his expertise and hard work, we received an offer above our list price! Throughout the entire process, Mason was supportive, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. This was the best experience we’ve ever had working with a realtor.
