Mason is a true professional! He reviewed our property, outlined a list of items he recommended, fixing, changing, updating, and or not bother with. When we asked questions as to why outlay some of the cost for such he was able to quickly detail the benefits, along with cost to sell value added. We took his advice, and then once completed he walked the property again, and recommended a sell price higher than what we had even been thinking, as we were already going to be the most expensive property sold to date in our old neighborhood. To our surprise not only did we get the full asking price but closed quickly and without any issues. He always walked us through questions, concerns and tough decisions about what to touch up prior to listing, which of course required a bit of money going out, but he proved us wrong, listed higher and sold at asking price! Highly recommend him to friends and family alike.
