Marzena was very knowledgeable of the market in my area and values of the homes and listings in it. She was very thorough in listing it ensuring any buyer would know the value of the infrastructure upgrades as well as the home interrior upgrades that made it a solid home and set it apart from other listings. Knowing a tougher market with the fluctuating mortgage rates doesn't change a homes actual appeal and value. She kept in contact regularly with me throughout the entire process, including feedback after each showing. From the Listing decision to closing was less than 40 days, surprise to me! There were plenty of showings by her personally and other agencies all during end of year holiday time. There were some negotiations involved with the contract that she assisted by thoroughly explaining the buyers request, which made the transaction process concise and smooth. I could talk to her convey my concerns and requirements she was able to accurately convey them in a professional mannner to bring the entire process to a fast conclusion on a contract that was contingent on buyers sale of home closing, buyers getting final approval on a mortgage, and me being able to closeout an overlooked 12 year old water heater permit with the County, find a place to go, pack up and be out of the home on time to close. Contracted on December 29th closed January 19th,2023 thats 21 days!!! She is ethical always, great under pressure, well educated and savy, calm, great follow through, communicating to all parties, thorough and consistent she got us all to closing on time!
