MC Dwyer is the real estate agent who really goes the extra mile to get homes sold. She advised us on listing dates, pricing strategies, needed inspections, lists of reputable providers, and what to expect at all stages of the process. She listed the items to allow the house stand out, but allowed us the time to consider them fully. She even physically pitched in with a few things in the front yard and got additional help when we needed. In the end we did nearly everything on the list and the house really popped! I’ve been in six real estate transactions and never had an agent that was so hands-on and helpful. She helped me focus on what was most important to get the house ready for market, and even shortened my own list of things to do! She really does seem to know what the buyers of today want.
