Mary Yasbeck is an outstanding agent to work with. She is a skilled listener and negotiator, with very in-depth knowledge of the local markets. Mary was dedicated to find a home for us. Even though I had thoughts of giving up, Mary was able to provide market projections on our accepted offer. She didn't sound pushy but reminded me that I shouldn't "live in doubt , doubt creates fear. " Because of Mary's charisma and being such a people person, Mary was able to talk to the seller while we were looking inside the home. I really feel she made a huge impression on the seller to pick us. Mary is always on top of everything. She made sure the seller did everything on his part. She made sure that our escrow was protected when the apprasial was postponed due to the seller. She respected our decisions and provide reasonable counsel to us. I honestly was not expecting to find a home less than 6 months especially hearing what people go through in this sellers market. We were afraid that as FHA buyers we wouldnt find a home after a few rejected offers. But with Mary's persistence , within 2 1/2 mths, we found a home with bigger sq footage, more bedrooms, and a beautiful neighborhood compared to the other pricey homes with less features. I am very grateful to have worked with Mary, and have her as a friend.

She didn't force me to go fast and let me find a house at my own pace and helped me out with great advice and knowledge to find the best house for me. She was very accommodating with my schedule. Going into the process my biggest concern was finding an agent that would put the same effort into selling my condo as they would a single family home. Well, Mary Yazbeck put those concerns to rest immediately. From the start, Mary showed interest in understanding our end goal and provided valuable feedback on what needed to be done to achieve those goals, without going crazy on updates. Mary did a great job of explaining her logic behind the initial list price to drum up as much foot traffic as possible, which indicated to me that she had a good understand of the current market. She also brought in a top notch photographer, that created a huge number of views and saves within Zillow. Honestly I was concerned the pictures made the condo look to nice. Within 20 hours of being listed, we accepted a 20K over asking price offer. After accepting the offer, Mary stayed on top of us to get all the required documents in place and even made a great recommendation for an attorney that she had worked with in the past. Due to Mary's due diligence, we were able to pull the closing date in a week at the request of the buyers with no added stress. Throughout the entire process, Mary was very responsive to any questions/concerns we had. I never felt there was a point where I couldn't get ahold of her in a timely manner. She did an excellent job of proactively laying out next steps, so we were always ready when action items were needed from us, leading to quick turnaround. Going into the process, I was very nervous that it was going to be a stressful month, but that was not the case at all and credit that to Mary. If I was to ever buy or sell another home on the South Shore, you can bet that Mary would be the first person I reach out to.

Mary went above and beyond to help me get my own home. She is very knowledgeable of the market and was there for me every step of the way. She and I met a while ago and from the moment I met her I knew I would hire her as my agent due to her real estate knowledge but above that her amazing personality and willingness to jump every obstacle that will face me to secure my dream home. I for sure highly recommend her services to anyone who is thinking of buying a home. I know I am skipping too many details but one of the highlights of this process is the whole thing took a month. It was my only offer to securing the lender to closing. She is a miracle agent that helped get my dream home in one month. I was renting a place in the same town and my landlord wanted to raise the rent starting September and that was the trigger for me. I decided to buy a house instead paying someone else mortgage and this is when I thought of Mary. She for sure didn't disappoint me. Simply she is the best agent out there.
