Our home buying experience with Mary was fantastic. For starters she’s a lovely warm person and very knowledgeable of the Putnam County NY area particularly. This was our first purchase, looking for a weekend home in a somewhat large area spanning from NY to CT and were picky yet vague on what type of house we wanted. Essentially, we were not the easiest clients and unavailable to see homes often. Mary was patient and beyond helpful with seeing places on our behalf when we couldn’t. She consistently sent us a range of available options until we developed an understanding of what we were drawn too. She was very transparent with us throughout the whole process and gave us solid guidance. In the end, we closed on a CT home under asking price 3 months after meeting Mary. In this market, if that doesn’t speak for itself, I don’t know what will!

Before Mary I had another agent. He had no patience, selected where he wanted to go, and rushed me to take any house. At that time, I wondered if all agents were like him and I was worried. I met Mary from another agent and I didn’t regret it for a second. My experience with Mary was exceptional. For a first time home buyer I was lost in so many levels, but Mary hold my hand through the process until the end. Most of the time I would be embarrassed to ask something but Mary always has a good vibe around her which made it easy for me, she was professional, gave me advice, and my knowledge started to grow.
