Our home buying experience with Mary was fantastic. For starters she’s a lovely warm person and very knowledgeable of the Putnam County NY area particularly. This was our first purchase, looking for a weekend home in a somewhat large area spanning from NY to CT and were picky yet vague on what type of house we wanted. Essentially, we were not the easiest clients and unavailable to see homes often. Mary was patient and beyond helpful with seeing places on our behalf when we couldn’t. She consistently sent us a range of available options until we developed an understanding of what we were drawn too. She was very transparent with us throughout the whole process and gave us solid guidance. In the end, we closed on a CT home under asking price 3 months after meeting Mary. Before Mary I had another agent. He had no patience, selected where he wanted to go, and rushed me to take any house. At that time, I wondered if all agents were like him and I was worried.
