Mary is extremely personable without being overbearing. If I feel like someone is all about business without getting to know them, it's difficult to feel like they're operating in my best interests and that was never the case with her. She is industrious/punctual/flexible. I dragged my feet on home searching for over a year and I felt as if she treated me the same as someone who was aggressively searching for months. She was always available to answer questions through text or email and never scoffed or gave annoyed impressions if I needed to change my schedule at the last minute. Her situational assessments were honest. Mary is not the first realtor I worked with and one quality I despise in any potential transaction is someone who tells me what I want to hear. "I'm gonna tell you the good, bad, and the ugly", as she always says, which was refreshing and ultimately helped me make what I felt to be the best and most informed decision I could.
