Mary’s experience in and her knowledge of the market made this home buying process a breeze. She was professional in her interactions with me and the other realtors we were dealing with. She responded quickly with any questions I had and had the insight to ask things that I hadn’t thought of. She was with us every step of the way. Mary was awesome at helping through out the process as well as after close to ensure we’re getting settled in and have everything we need to enjoy our new home. She listened well and only showed us properties that fit our needs. She did show us a few other communities in order to compare/contrast what we thought we wanted in order to validate and sometimes change our mind. Basically, she didn’t waste our time trying to just make a quick sale. She was patient through our probably 1 1/2 years relationship. Virtually all of our showings were done remotely so Mary was our ears and eyes for the most part to see/hear what we couldn’t. She was very fair and gave insightful pros and cons for us to consider. She would point out that there was a major power line close to the home or say that the highway was pretty loud. Very much appreciated. She has provided invaluable contacts for services, repairs, etc that have saved us a great deal of time and money. She ran ‘interference’ with the HOAs to get us the info needed to help make a knowledgeable decision. Highly recommended.

Mary is the consumate professional! The flyers she made for the sale of our Florida condo were incredibly detailed and beautifully photographed! Even though there were similar condos for sale in the area, ours sold the FIRST day full price and I credit Mary for that! She is very knowledgeable about market trends and has her finger on the pulse of the real estate market. I only wish I could move her to Iowa to help sell our house here! She is a tough act to follow.
