Positive, patient, and enthusiastic
As a first time homebuyer, I had absolutely no idea what I was doing or where to begin. Mary did such an amazing job explaining how the process worked, the technicalities that I didn't know were involved, and was so eager to help me find a home that was right for me. She layer out average costs upfront so that I knew exactly what to expect, which I was extremely appreciative of. Overall, she was a joy to work with. Although our first couple of offers didn't pan out, she stayed positive and assured me that we would find my perfect home. And we did! She's excellent at her job and I would 10 out of 10 recommend her so anyone looking for their dream home.
