Mary is a great realtor pays attention to the details
Mary helped me decide how to prep my house for sale, what to do and what not to do.. She identified a changing market and we agreed how much to upwardly adjust the asking price. She communicated all activity on my house and made sure the house was show ready before every showing. Went thru several failed buyers but she kept positive. Once we had an actual qualified buyer she made sure to communicate their progress every step of the way.. Many small issues arise when trying to close on a house but Mary followed every detail so the process kept moving forward. Can't think another agent doing a better job!
