AMAZING MARY SUTTON

We first met Mary at a house for sale, as our son asked her to be his realtor. She was warm and welcoming. She let us look around, then pointed out many of the homes charming features. We asked the usual questions, taxes, the age of the boiler and hot water heater, etc. Mary is very knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions. Our son decided the house would be perfect for him and he was going to be a first time homebuyer. Mary took the time to go over every step of the buying process. She explained every paper before our son signed, allowing lots of time for questions. Our son went to Advia Mortgage Center for pre approval before looking at homes. He was given an amount that would work within his budget. Then our nightmare began…. Our son’s lender kept recording the incorrect property taxes, the wrong PMI, etc. The closing was three weeks later than the original date. Mary made countless calls to the lender, lenders supervisor, sellers agent, Title Company, and others. Mary is AMAZING! Day and night she kept our son informed. After the closing, she compiled a list of companies that needed to be called to get accounts switched. My husband and I have purchased a few homes in the past 30 years. Never have we had a realtor work so hard to get a closing done. Thank you Mary!!
