Mary Schmidt

We received a referral to Mary Schmidt from our son and daughter-inlaw who used Mary S when they arrived to Allen, TX in 2014. My wife and I were moving in from the Midwest, once we reached out and begin our transition Mary went to work on finding our new home. As usual we didn't really have a full idea of what we wanted, but Mary was patient and helped us look at several properties to gain more insight to what our "down size" objectives might be. We took it slow and with Mary's help placed bid's on homes we felt were right for us. Mary guided us on bids yet allowed us to make our own decisions one our offers. The market was a little over heated, but finally we achieved the right balance of price and features we wanted. While closing Mary helped us understand the particulars of Texas requirements and the various mortgage requirements. Thank you for a job well done to Mary and her team.
