She made recommendations and helped us update the home to look really good and have a great appeal to buyers. She brought in her contractor to fix many things and refresh the home. She has strategic relationships with many agents in the market, so she was able to showcase her listing, which is our home in a phenomenal way. She spent many Sundays showing the home and connecting with buyers answering their questions and walking them through the home even in a very difficult market, Mary helped us get buyers and then close on the deal. If he did not have married as our listing agent, our house would have still been on the market and we would have not been able to sell it. She made all the difference in the world, and we are appreciate her knowledge, industry, acumen relationship with other agents, knowing the economics of selling a home all through our sale. She was very communicative of the process and also provided us with valuable guidance. we are thrilled with Mary.

For the first house, Mary carried out a fantastic cosmetic refresh of the property, while carefully navigating the constraints of the HOA. The impact of the work far exceeded the amount of money invested. Potential buyers who toured the property got very excited. Since the sale seven years ago, I occasionally check the estimated market values online and not once have I seen it match the actual sale price. The second property had been cared for, expanded upon, and renovated by successive owners including me over seven decades. Unfortunately, it had recently been damaged by severe neglect and abuse by a "tenant from hell." Mary was able to generate tremendous buzz among a target audience of potential buyers who could appreciate the property's location, construction quality, and potential. The result was beyond anything I could have imagined from seeing the property's condition. Which brings us to the third and most recent property. The main challenge was not with the property itself but with the complicated mechanics of the transaction on the seller's side. Mary provided guidance along every step of the way. There were some dead ends along the way but we were able to get it done. I very much doubt that this transaction could have closed without Mary.

Mary was wonderful to work with. We found her when we reached out through Zillow for a specific property in Woodside. Within a few days she had lined up several properties for viewing including a property in neighboring Portola Valley which we hadn't even considered. Of course this is the property we fell in love with on site and purchased. Mary was responsive from the first call and several subsequent calls into the late evening. Every question was answered thoughtfully and timely. The closing process was fast and efficient and she continues to be very helpful to us even after the sale is closed. She is friendly and personable as well as knowledgeable about the entire area and not afraid to make suggestions. I would happily work with Mary again if the need arose and highly recommend her to others!
