She was very patient with us as we went from our initial explorations of the move, to actively looking, to closing. We never felt pressured to settle on a place that was "close but not quite"; she listened to us well, and was able to steer us towards potential homes that were worth her time and ours. She had an excellent knowledge of the market and the real estate process in general, including all the complexities involved with selling our old home at the same time we were buying the new one, and she understood how to negotiate our way through the details of closing on an offer. Buying a house is a complicated thing that can surely drive you crazy, and we're glad that we had Mary with us. We can highly recommend her.
