We found this house on the same street of another house we were looking at with Mary. We weren't aware of the listing until we saw the Realtor sign. Mary went to work and got us in the very next day. We loved the house and after the inspection and some back and forth with the owners...Mary got them fix just about everything identified in the inspection...and managed to get the owners drop their price a decent amount.
