Couldn’t ask for better

Mary knows the area well, and knows the market. She is very knowledgeable and was very helpful in all ways related to our house search. It took us while to find something we loved (and lost on a few offers along the way), but Mary stuck with us, and didn’t want us to settle for something we didn’t love. She is a straight shooter, which we appreciated as she didn’t beat around the bush about things, and was always very quick to point out any issues she saw with a house. In the end, we bought a house that was a new build. We love the house, and Mary negotiated a great deal for us which included the builder paying down our interest rate and contributing money towards our closing costs. I would highly recommend Mary to anyone. You won’t regret it. Thank you Mary!
