We were very lucky to have Mary as our agent. We were first time home buyers and Mary could not have explained and helped us out better. Mary has the experience and knowledge of the local Philadelphia market that not many RE agents can attest to. She responded to our questions/calls/emails at all hours of the day and night. When we wanted to inspect a property, she was always available when we needed her to be. Mary is an excellent negotiator and we could tell she always had our best interests at heart. I would 100% recommend Mary and will continue to use her in the future.
