Wow what a great experience working with Mary Love! We purchased a fixer-upper house. As I normally spend too much rehabbing houses she very respectfully advised I try to keep from over-spending on upgraded finishes as the comps for this starter home might restrict the selling price. I did listen to her and when we went to list it 2 other homes had sold recently at a stronger price which allowed us to list and sell ours for way more than we originally thought. She gives great input and has a lot of knowledge about residential purchases as well as investment properties.
