I've lived in Colorado since 2010 and I continue to love every single moment. Everyone's lifestyle is unique, and each home offers different opportunities for your family. I'm very familiar with the south Denver Metro area, plus the north Douglas and west Arapahoe counties.
I've been part of the homeowner selling/buying experience for six of my own single-family homes and I understand the process from both an agent and a homeowner's perspective. In my own home ownerships, I have personally experienced minor and major remodeling projects, with my latest being a pop-top in Platt Park. Given these experiences, I understand basic repairs and infrastructure within a home which allows me to effectively consult with my clients during their home selection process, the inspection and negotiation phase, and when listing their own home for sale.
