Mary might be the most patient and honest realtor I know! She put up with us putting our house on and off the market and then back on again a year later. She was positive about our home and gave us good feedback when needed. She helped us understand our competition and what was happening in the market. We received a low offer on our home and she believed that our home was worth more. We waited and received a strong, more realistic offer soon after the low offer. We are glad we waited for the right buyer. She was willing to hold open houses as needed and she was willing to work with buyers without agents. She kept a positive outlook on the home sale throughout the entire process.

Finding and purchasing a house is never fun, but working with Mary made this purchase very enjoyable. Her professionalism, knowledge and attention to detail was more than I could have ever expected. She was always available no matter the time of day, both weekdays and weekends. Whenever I had a question, she would always get me the answer right away. I never had to ask the same question twice. She asked me questions and offered me honest opinions on the different properties I looked at. She made me think about what I really wanted to make sure I would be happy not only with the house but the community as well. There was never any pressure applied to make a quick purchase.
