Mary and I worked closely and diligently to get my house prepared for a high value sell. Mary helped me through the discouragement of having a high offer after 2 days on the market fall through due to interest rate hikes. Timing was terrible after the rate hike increase as showings abated, but Mary was diligent in keeping buyer interest in the house in the market. Great communication together with confidence in Mary's professionalism helped me close on my house even though I was overseas almost the entire time from offer to close.
